I am currently recruiting for a hugely exciting opportunity, slap bang in Norwich City Centre. The role encompasses all that is great about the hospitality sector. You will have to be a highly organised operator who can create and execute long-term plans. You will also need to be a highly passionate people person that loves the buzz of service and being around people. The Assistant Food & Beverage Operations Manager role is within a multi-functional operation that delivers a wide variety of events throughout the year. There is an exciting mix of casual dining style operations, through to rosette level restaurant dining. There is also a thriving café style business as well as a growing function trade. You will be a skilled operator that is as much at home thinking strategically as you are planning and supervising shifts. You will thrive at being busy and love to look at a business holistically to enable it to grow and develop. You will be directly in charge of all F&B operations as well as managing a large team. The role comes with an attractive salary at £27,000.00 as well as the advantage of being a city centre location. You will also get some other amazing lifestyle benefits.

  • Your working week will be around 40 hours with shifts generally starting late morning and predominantly finishing around 8pm.

  • You will usually get every Sunday and Monday off.

  • You will also be guaranteed Christmas day and New Years day off.
