You will have to be a highly organised operator who can create and execute long-term plans. You will also need to be a highly passionate people person that loves the buzz of service and being around people. The Assistant Food & Beverage Operations Manager role is within a multi-functional operation that delivers a wide variety of events throughout the year. There is an exciting mix of casual dining style operations, through to rosette level restaurant dining. There is also a thriving café style business as well as a growing function trade. You will be a skilled operator that is as much at home thinking strategically as you are planning and supervising shifts. You will thrive at being busy and love to look at a business holistically to enable it to grow and develop. You will be directly in charge of all F&B operations as well as managing a large team. The role comes with an attractive salary at £27,000.00 as well as the advantage of being a city centre location. You will also get some other amazing lifestyle benefits.
Your working week will be around 40 hours with shifts generally starting late morning and predominantly finishing around 8pm.
You will usually get every Sunday and Monday off.
You will also be guaranteed Christmas day and New Years day off.
