We’re looking for a real all rounder who can run a site as if it’s their own business in the general manager’s absence.
You’ll need to be hot on your numbers, bursting with creative ideas to drive the business forward whilst maintaining the highest of standards at all times. As well as this you’ll need to be a first-class communicator and possess excellent administration and organisational skills. A strong understanding and passion for fine dining and current food & drink trends is a must.
