You’ll need to be experienced in training and managing a team, passionate about providing tip top customer service and be able to run the show in the absence of the General Manager. If you have a proven track record of being able to use your own initiative to add the ‘wow factor’ and delight guests whilst at the same time being sensitive to the commercial needs of the business, get in contact! Starting salary of £29k - £31k DOE
