The Bread team are now working with this fantastic multi award-winning pub with rooms on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. We are looking for a fabulous manager to work under the General Manager to assist in the full day to day management of the business. Due to the letting accommodation, we can offer flexible working hours to cover either Breakfast and Lunch (7.30am – 3.30pm) service or Lunch and dinner service (12.00pm – 10.00pm) You will assist in the management of 30 strong team including 6 talented chefs. The food offering is a great combination of good pub classics with the added wow factor!
As Assistant Manager you will be required to deliver amazing customer service whilst building and maintaining a strong rapport with both staff and guests. You will have a real eye for detail and know how to lead by example. You will also have a proven track record of being able to think on your feet and using your own initiative to add that something special.
The Person –
Ability to work well under pressure
Experience working within a high-volume fresh food operation.
Proven track record of managing and developing junior team members
Good wine knowledge
Some experience of cellar management advantageous
Full driving license (No public transport)
The Perks -
£25K basic salary (Negotiable)
£2.5K - £3K Tips per year
