Bread have joined forces with this multi-award winning fine dining restaurant in St Albans. We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist in the daily running of the business and help lead and inspire the front of house team alongside the General Manager. This means you will take on a nurturing role within the team, identifying areas of strengths and weakness and addressing them daily, using the strengths of the team to compliment the weaker areas.
Providing an excellent service to our guests, working well as part of the team including both the front and back of house.
Running the front of house effectively and efficiently, in a tidy and organised manner, to ensure a smooth pleasurable service for all.

What we need from you: -
Michelin star or 3 rosette fine dining experience would be an advantage
