I am looking for a Bar Manager who has a proven record or running premium fine dining exceptional venues. You will be tasked with the full bar operation growing, and developing the current team whilst maintaining and growing this restaurant’s phenomenal reputation locally and further afield.
We are seeking a candidate who shows genuine passion for 5-star service with phenomenal cocktail and wine experience, a strong understanding of costings and an impeccable attention to detail, you will lead from the front and instil confidence in the bars team following detailed training and setting the standards.
