The Role:
As the Bar manager you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards. Responsibilities include overseeing bar operations, managing stock, orders, and guiding junior staff members.
Key Details:
£35k-£40k dependent on experience
£3k Tips
Wed-Sun – 48 Hours per week
Lunch & Dinner Wed-Sat, classic Roast option on Sunday Lunch, and a Bar Menu.
Breakfasts: Catering for overnight guests (Thurs-Mon)
