A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Head of Bars in a stunning busy premium dining venue located in the heart of London’s Mayfair district.
I am looking for an experienced Bars Manager who has a proven record of running very busy, high-volume, exceptional venues with multiple bar operations. The ideal candidate would be tasked with the full bar operation, growing, and developing the current team whilst maintaining and growing this restaurant’s phenomenal reputation locally and further afield.
We are seeking a candidate who shows genuine passion for 5-star service with phenomenal cocktail and wine experience, a strong understanding of costings and an impeccable attention to detail, you will lead from the front and instil confidence in the bars team following detailed training and setting the standards.
You will be working for an Internationally renowned hospitality business who puts their people first.
