The ability to be A1 in body and mind at the crack of dawn.
A big personality who can drive a breakfast service, clear down and then focus on prep until you leave.

Salary up to £26,000.00 pa
Approximate tips at £2400.00 pa
Overtime paid at an hourly rate above your 48 hour per week contract
