You will be a chef who is an early bird, it’s a 07:00 am start!! You will also need the following skillsets...
A good level of cookery skillsets to at least CdP level.
The ability to work on your own.
A methodical and organised approach to kitchen work.
A genuine passion for cooking and in particular breakfasts.
Knowledge and understanding of food safety policies and procedures.
What you'll get....
A salary up to £27,000.00 pa
A share of tips that will add at least £2,500.00 to your salary
Daytime hours with shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 (approx)
