We are seeking an exceptional Breakfast chef to support the morning team to deliver a first class breakfast service from the kitchen. The breakfast n=menu is 100% fresh with ingredients sourced as local as possible. We are looking for a creative chef who is not afraid to push boundaries and experiment with new menu ideas.
This role will include the afternoon tea service preparation and execution. The working hours are 7.00am - 3.00pm, 5 days out of 7.
