We are looking to recruit a CDP to join this fabulous team. This will be a great step for someone looking to get into their first Michelin starred venue.
The kitchen is run by a young and passionate 2 Michelin Star chef, he is incredibly keen to push the quality of the food to the best it can be. There is a very large emphasis on cooking great home reared meat (Venison, Duck and even their own black Iberian pigs!) You will learn valuable skills like butchery and baking at a Michelin level, The emphasis on development and training is key to the success of the business. Have a willingness to learn and operate within a small team
Be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Have excellent levels of food safety and hygiene
Have experience with fresh food and high volume
Be personable, polite and clean!
