With a plethora of the best suppliers, you'll have some of Norfolk's finest produce at your fingertips to assist the team in creating award winning dishes and menus.
If you've got a background within incredible fine dining restaurants, working to a minimum standard of 3 rosettes, have passion and drive for what you do, work well within a team of likeminded professionals, and want to push yourself to the next level, then this could be for you!
