The Person -
You will be an experienced Chef De Partie in a strong Rosette environment.
You will be a driven, hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.
Have a real passion for all things food and drink.
Be able to work in each section of the kitchen independently.
Maintain a high level of perfection with each plate.
