We’re seeking a talented Chef de Partie with previous experience in a similar establishment. Come work in an environment where you can thrive, develop, and showcase your skills. A passion for using fresh, local ingredients and an eye for detail is essential!
You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to help manage your section and maintain a calm and organised kitchen environment. Your role will require a solid understanding of kitchen operations, including stock management, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are always followed.
