  • The ability to understand the importance of consistent cooking in different environments from banqueting to branded restaurant.

  • Managing the kitchen GP to enhance profit.

  • You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.

  • Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.

  • Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.

  • Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently.
