Flexible working hours and an incredible owner operator that wants to see the hotel thrive but puts his team first. This role can be Full or Part time, the hours are genuinely flexible. The Responsibilities -
Day to Day Management of all operational areas.
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
To inspire, motivate and encourage creativity in the Front of House team.
Contribute towards the strategic direction of the business.
Implementing and managing all standard operating procedures.
