Food and Beverage Operations Manager, £42'000 OTE, New Opening, Norfolk

We’re looking for an engaging F&B Manager with a true passion for service and all the skills that make you a natural in hospitality. This is a fun environment focused on great food, service, and experiences – from fine dining to afternoon tea, family gatherings to cosy nights away.


The Role:

  • Take ownership of the Restaurant, Bar and Events departments, its budget, staff and service

  • Drive and develop strong brand standards with your team ensuring that every guest receives an amazing experience.

  • Use your commercial and financial knowledge and experience to further drive sales.

  • This is a hands-on role and requires you to be on the floor, supporting the team and be passionate about service.
