We are currently looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Food & Beverage manager to join one of Norfolk's finest venues. This is an opportunity that should not be missed to work within an establishment that combines the finest in dining and accommodation experiences. With a basic salary of £35,000.00 as well as an attractive tips and bonus structure that will see you earning £40,000.00 per year. This is not to be missed. To be considered for the position you will need to exhibit the following skillsets.
The ability to drive a business from the front by attaining the highest possible levels of service.
A passion and detailed knowledge of food, food trends and the importance a great dining experience has in a customer journey.
The knowledge to match appropriate drinks with the food on the plate. This includes, but is not exhaustive to an understanding of wines and wine pairings (WSET level trainings would be favourable)
A focus on developing your team and a track record of achievement in this area.
A proactive approach to management with a methodical and organised methodology.
An understanding of working in a business that combines F&B, accommodation, and leisure at the highest level.
A confident and approachable disposition that will allow you to engage with the client base.
