We are seeking an an ambitious and experienced General Manager to lead an amazing business with an already established full team of talented hospitality professionals. The Hotel has a phenomenal reputation and is known for its impeccable customer service and top-quality food offering.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a high level of hotel or restaurant management experience with an unrivalled passion for food, drink and delivering great service.
As General Manager you will be required to deliver amazing customer service whilst building and maintaining a strong rapport with both staff and guests. You will have a real eye for detail and know how to lead by example. You will also have a proven track record of being able to think on your feet and using your own initiative to add something special.
The Responsibilities
Day to Day Management of Breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
Full financial accountability
Working towards financial and operational targets set by the owners
Responsible for the Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Food Hygiene compliance
Creating, Implementing, and managing all standard operating procedures.
Working with the Head Chef to continually improve the product, performance, and profitability of the business.
The Person
Strong people management, development, and mentorship skills
Have a minimum of two years’ experience at senior management level or equivalent within the pub/restaurant trade.
Lead by example in a hands-on role.
Be able to bring fresh ideas and concepts to the table.
