We are on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to help lead this amazing restaurant just stone’s throw from Hyde Park.
We are looking for a candidate who is hospitality through and through, a candidate with a high level of management experience and one who has the knack of delivering great service.
As General Manager you will need to be comfortable in a high volume, fast paced restaurant whilst maintaining a strong team dynamic and leading by example. You will have strong problem-solving skills and be able think on your feet to make sure customers are always provided with the best possible service.
Role
Day to day Management of the venue
Working with performers and managing events
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
Full financial accountability on the P&L
Working towards financial and operational targets set by the owners
Responsible for the Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Food Hygiene compliance
Creating, Implementing, and managing all standard operating procedures
Person
Strong people management, development, and mentorship skills
Polished and professional approach to work
Great communication skills
Willingness to learn and absorb information
Enthusiastic team player
Ability to work under pressure
High standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Able to use POS systems
