Dick’s Bar is on the lookout for an energetic and experienced General Manager or Assistant General Manager ready to take the next step up, to lead our buzzing team right in the heart of Norwich. If you know your way around a cocktail shaker, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the leadership skills to match, we want to hear from you.

Who we are:

 Dick’s Bar is a vibrant, stylish venue known for our creative cocktails, upbeat atmosphere, and top-notch service. We serve Coffee, Cocktails and a creative food menu throughout the day. 

The role:

 As General Manager or Assistant General Manager, you'll be at the heart of operations — leading a passionate team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and helping push our cocktail game to the next level. You'll have a real say in the direction of the bar, with plenty of room to grow and shape the role around your strengths.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality (essential)

• A genuine passion for cocktails and mixology

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• A hands-on, can-do attitude

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
