This is a great opportunity to work at a fantastic relaxed fine dining restaurant who is rarely recruiting for management. We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager with experience of leading and developing a team with strong customer service and high standards at the forefront of what you do on a salary of £35 - £38K plus £2K Bonus Plus £5-6K Tips, 45 Hour week and Ideally from a rosette background but not essential. A strong understanding and passion for current food and drink trends is a must.
You will be passionate about the Norfolk food and drink scene, know the local area and have great banter! The restaurant part of a small independent group, is modern with an established team and great potential for future development.
