A charming and picturesque country pub are looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the team and oversee the daily operations of both the restaurant and rooms.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the pub, ensuring exceptional service across all areas, including the restaurant and guest rooms. You’ll be an inspiring leader, driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, and taking on a strong team that prides themselves on quality and a passion for great service.
Previous experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within a hospitality environment, preferably in a similar pub or restaurant setting is necessary. You will be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently and have strong communication skills.
