Bread Hospitality are working with a specialist client to fill this unique role within their organisation. As head baker your will have strategic input into the future growth of this business. However, you must also have an unrivalled knowledge of hands-on baking at a commercial level. You will already have knowledge and experience as a head baker, showing the ability to manage a small team in an environment that will require working during and overnight.
The Must Haves
Able to show that you can organise and manage production to supply several bakeries within East Anglia.
A leader that works with your people on a day by day, shift by shift basis.
A proactive problem solver.
In tune with the latest trends and news within the industry.
Knowledge and understanding of all types of baking from breads, patisserie to pastries.
The Desirables –
Experience within a similar role.
Positive communication both up and down the chain.
A passion for delivering growth through the management of KPI’s and financial targets.
A working knowledge of the many software packages associated with the hospitality industry (POS, restaurant management software, HR software, Excel, MS Office)

Production focused to ensure the efficient running of a central bakery.

Ensure that your area of the business constantly maintains the highest possible food safety standards.
A two-way communicator that is at ease speaking up and down the chain.
