You’ll be responsible for creating and producing exciting menus/concepts, leading and inspiring a team of junior chefs and the overall business performance of this multi-faceted hospitality offering. Financial responsibility.
Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and development.
Coordinate the operation of the restaurant ensuring that kitchen and customer service staff are working as a team.
Recruit, train and lead your team.
Responsible for the current offering as well as creating new offerings.
Respond to customer queries and complaints.
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
Comply with licensing laws and other legal requirements.
Work collaboratively with the leadership team to support and contribute to group events.

£35,000.00 - £40,000.00 starting salary.
