If you're a highly motivated individual who will thrive in a busy environment, using the finest locally sourced produce, then this could be for you! You'll need;
Take full responsibility of the kitchen and menu.
Staff training and development.
Identify ways to improve profitability.
Have a good understanding of local seasonal produce.
Lead by example and offer clear direction to team.
Maintain a high level of health and hygiene.
Build effective supplier relationships
