We’re on the hunt for a superstar head chef with heaps of experience in a high volume, fresh food environment to light up this kitchen!
You’ll be working alongside an experienced general manager to create exciting menus and oversee the banqueting and events. You’ll need to be hot on your numbers to take control of P&L’s, GP’s and hit your KPI’s whilst maintaining the highest food quality.
Communication and attitude are essential to manage the pressures of overseeing multiple kitchens, supporting your brigade and ensuring every guest is blown away!
