The ideal candidate would have a background in creating exciting menus using local suppliers, focussing on crowd pleasing classics. You will be a leader of your brigade, a developer of people with a focus on great standards and exceptional kitchen management. The Responsibilities….
You must possess an excellent culinary brain with the ability to create your own exciting menus.
Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen.
Financial control to ensure margins are always enhanced.
Managing, training, and recruiting a brigade of chefs.
The Package –
Up to £45K basic salary (£50K-£55K OTE)
