You can be an established Head Chef or a Super strong Sous looking to progress... you will be using only the best, local where possible and seasonal produce to create a menu that will excite, please and deliver, Let your inspiration flow, make money and enjoy yourself. This venue will be open in early spring, You will need to research, visit and experience other venues prior to opening, Develop the structure, ethos and food offering, Ensure paperwork is ready for opening and maintained once open, Help recruit your team and set out your stall. £32K – reviewed annually
Guaranteed £5K tronc in the first year (- Potentially more!)
