We are seeking a real ‘foodie’ with a passion for using fresh local ingredients. You will inherit a small team of ambitious chefs who are keen to develop their own skills. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, with an excellent eye for detail and a calm manner.
The Responsibilities….
Full day to day management of the kitchen
Managing the smooth creation and service of food from the kitchen.
You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.
Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising, and motivating team members.
Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.
Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
