City Centre Head Chef Required


This is a lovely opportunity for a Head Chef or a Sous Chef looking to progress. It's an opportunity to put your stamp on an well established and unique food and beverage business in the heart of Norwich. As Head Chef you will have immediate influence on the menu for a diverse clientele, adaptability will be key in this role. It's a role that commands a salary of £35,000.00 pa as well another £1,000.00 in TRONC. This is a role which offers an amazing work life balance with Christmas day and New Years day OFF.


If you are interested, please check out the desirables of the role;


  • Already a head chef or a sous chef with at least two years exposure to running teams.

  • A passionate and balanced approach to menu development showcasing fresh local ingredients in an environment where efficient services are essential.

  • A track record of leadership and organisation in a kitchen environment.

  • An understanding of the customer journey and creating menu's to fit the demographic.

  • Confident in working in a fresh food environment, but must understand volume services.

  • Working within a small team (6 chefs).

  • Able to develop a thriving events catering operation.
