Lead from the front and by example… EVERYDAY!
Manage the process of planning and executing all food preparation.
Develop and modify all menus to fit the businesses vision.
Full control of all food related KPI’s (labour, procurement, margin).
Manage and develop your team ensuring the business has full and unrivalled food safety compliance. Including maintaining a five-star food hygiene rating and compliance with all allergen/nutritional regulations.
Onboarding and development of your team, attaining a full employment model.
Create a culture where complaints are minimal, and resolutions are positive and proactive.
Drive presentation standards from the pass, deliver excellence on the plate dish after dish.
Be a strategic thinker, organised and have an eye for administrative excellence.
Remain an industry leader, have knowledge of the current trends and be ahead of the curve to ensure evolution fits the vision and values of the business.
