This is a unique opportunity for a strong sous chef, who is experienced with Indian Cuisine to join this independently owned hotel. If you're passionate about using traditional Indian ingredients & methods and cooking everything from fresh daily then this is the role for you! The ideal candidate will be able to take a lead with service whilst remaining calm under pressure alongside possessing strong kitchen management and back of house skills. The Offer
