Bread is super excited to be teaming up with a prestigious and historic college in the heart of Cambridge to find a fantastic Interim F&B Manager to oversee the Catering department.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be making sure everything runs smoothly and ensuring an outstanding catering experience is delivered at all times.
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in a fast-paced, high-volume events / conference / banqueting environment. Being able to brief a large team of casual staff and having a strong hold on operations at all times is key.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing the entire catering operation
Managing and supporting a team of managers, chefs, and front-of-house staff
Hiring, training, and developing a fantastic team
Keeping an eye on budgets, costs, and labour
Implementing processes to keep everything running like clockwork
Delivering amazing food and top-tier customer service
Planning and executing events
Making sure all legal requirements are met
