We're looking for a passionate, hands-on chef who’s ready to take their next step into a Kitchen Manager role. If you’re driven, organised, and excited about growing your career in a welcoming, busy pub setting, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.


You’ll be leading a small but dedicated kitchen team delivering up to 250 covers, so you’ll need to be confident managing a lively service while maintaining consistency, quality and speed. It's all about being hot on portion control, stock & ordering and compliance.
