Are you passionate about great service and creating an inviting, vibrant atmosphere all whilst ensuring a team stays motivated with a positive outlook on the day? We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised manager to lead an Employee-owned trust business in a charming market town in South Norfolk which means everyone has a stake in the success of the café.
As a key member you’ll have the opportunity to shape the daily operations of a thriving business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and being hands-on with a strong team. This is a great opportunity that combines leadership, customer service, and attention to detail.
You’ll be an approachable and motivating manager who leads by example and gets involved in all aspects of the business. As a result of your hard-work you will have the opportunity to meet monthly KPIs, including a £500 quarterly bonus!
