As Night Manager of this beautiful Hotel, you will be responsible for the effective running of the hotel, help in the safe evacuation of guests in the event of a fire and other health and safety critical events, assist in the overall security and running of the hotel form 10:30pm until 7.30am.
The main responsibility is to look after the welfare of the hotel and its guests from the time you begin your duties, then through the night until you are able to hand over to the Guest Relations Manager or Duty Manager the following morning. The position requires a great deal of common sense, and the ability to think for yourself, at times you will see things during the night that you will need to attend to.
Experience and Skills:
Previous experience within a hotel in the same capacity. Experience working nights.
Experience at Manager or Assistant level
Ability to manage & motivate a team of staff.
Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Have excellent customer service skills
Be able to work well under pressure.
