Science & Nutrition Meets Cookery


I am looking to recruit a talented and engaging chef who has the focus and knowledge to work within a high-performance environment. The successful chef will need to understand the link between dirt, nutrition and high performance. You will not be standing still in this role as you will be at the centre of developing and creating varied yet healthy meals. The following skills set's are a must.

  • The ability to develop and cook customised menus that align with a cohort of people with varied dietary needs.

  • An understanding of the link between science, food and its effect on the human body an performance.

  • Utilising fresh ingredients to great tasty food.

  • To accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies as well as cultural food habits.

  • Be an organiser that can produce food to tight timescales.

  • Be financially astute to ensure budgets are hit and cost's are controlled.

  • Understand how to manage a kitchen to maintain the highest of standards.

This role comes with the following benefits.

  • A 40 hour per week contract (predominantly daytime hours)

  • A salary of £26,000.00 pa

  • A role that would require working within multiple sites across the city.
