We’re working with a well-established wine merchant looking for an Outbound Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role combines proactive and reactive telesales with essential administrative support, ensuring customers receive the best service possible.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling inbound orders via phone, email, and our purchase order system
Proactively calling customers to maintain and grow sales
Managing customer accounts through our CRM system (Sales-i)
Coordinating with our delivery drivers to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintaining accurate records using Merlin (warehouse stock management system) and Excel
Providing excellent customer service with a professional phone manner
What We’re Looking For:
Strong telesales skills – confident, friendly, and persuasive
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Good knowledge of Excel and general admin skills
Experience with Merlin (preferred but not essential)
Wine knowledge is a bonus!
A team player who enjoys working in a busy office environment
