Part-Time Baker, Creative Autonomy, £12.82 p/h, South Norfolk

Are you a passionate baker with a flair for creativity and a love of cakes that both taste and look amazing? We’re looking for someone special to join a well-loved café and farm shop in a beautiful, award-winning garden centre in South Norfolk. 

This is more than just a baking role – it's a chance to put your personal stamp on an already thriving kitchen. They're on the lookout for someone who’s ready to bring fresh energy, creative flair, and a modern touch to their cakes and bakes. Think bold flavours, beautiful finishes, and bakes that stand out on both the counter and social media. 

We're looking for:

• Someone who’s dependable, honest, and confident working alone after initial training

• A creative mind with a passion for current baking trends and a great eye for presentation

• Social media savvy – excited to showcase your creations and contribute to our online presence

• A team player to work alongside the current baker for a 3-week handover period

Working Hours:

• 3 week training period - 4 evenings (15:00 PM to 22:30 PM)

• Post training - 5 evenings (16:30 PM to 21:30 PM)
