Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your extensive experience (minimum 5 years) as a GM to drive sales and maintain key performance indicators to ensure profitability and growth.
Oversee events management, ensuring seamless organization and execution.
Act as a strong communicator, both with the team, customers and suppliers.
Train and lead the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold high standards.
Embrace your inner foodie and contribute to menu development and quality control.
Collaborate closely with the owners, working together to achieve a shared vision.
Bring your big personality and management style to create a positive and motivating work environment.
Be prepared for a hands-on role, actively involved in service and day-to-day operations.
