We're on the hunt for a lively Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef to join this vibrant team at a charming independent gastro pub nestled in the charming Norfolk countryside.As a quintessential British pub, the aim is to showcase the best in local food and drink in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.


The Role:

  • Lead and grow the kitchen team

  • Design and deliver innovative menus

  • Ensure top-notch food quality, presentation, and hygiene

  • Promote a collaborative environment with front-of-house 

  • Manage kitchen operations, including stock control and budgeting

Requirements:
