This is a stunning opportunity for a passionate and talented pub manager to join one of the region’s best breweries to run one of their flagship pubs. It's an independent business with a huge history in brewing and running classic British pubs. You will have to be the quintessential pub manager with that balance of strong leadership with focussing on creating a warm, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere. The business is not just about beer, it does a great food trade as well.

The ability to enthuse and motivate your team with passion and strong leadership.
A keen eye on the financials to ensure the business performs in a profitable way.
You'll need to be an expert on the cellar and a really passionate advocate of beer.
Positive and forward thinking to drive the business forward.
Not be afraid to make tough business decisions.
