This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate sous chef to join this independently owned pub with rooms in the Essex countryside. You’ll be serving this village a daily changing menu of pub classics and outstanding roasts using only the freshest local produce. It’s all about dealing with busy services, assisting the head chef with the kitchen management and motivating the team. You will need your own transport as this location is rural! The Offer –
