We’re looking for a friendly and experienced Receptionist to help keep things running smoothly at a busy hotel, pub and restaurant, set in the heart of the stunning North Norfolk countryside.

As the face of our business, you’ll be confident, well-presented, and highly organised—ready to deliver exceptional service from the moment the guests arrive. You’ll play a key role in both hotel and restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs

• Answering calls and emails promptly and professionally

• Taking hotel and restaurant bookings

• Handling large party enquiries and processing deposits

• Providing general support to ensure smooth daily operations

• Admin duties and processing paperwork

Due to its rural location, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
