We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead a vibrant countryside restaurant. Nestled within a breath-taking rural estate, the restaurant is dedicated to sustainability, featuring locally sourced ingredients, estate-reared meats, and homegrown vegetables at the core of the menu.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring outstanding service and exceptional quality while inspiring and guiding the team. You’ll work closely with the kitchen to manage budgets, streamline operations, and drive business success through seamless collaboration. Additionally, you’ll develop innovative strategies to enhance and grow this already thriving establishment.
