As Restaurant Manager, you will be required to set the example for impeccable customer service and build great rapport with both guests and the staff. You will know what ‘great service’ is and be able to deliver this day in, day out. You will have a proven track record of being able to use your own initiative to add your piece of incredible customer service magic to delight and enthuse anyone who passes through, while still being sensitive to the commercial business needs.
The Responsibilities -
Day to Day Management of all F&B aspects of the business.
Managing lunch and dinner service to the highest level.
Accountability of stocktakes.
Training and development of all staff.
Accountability of stocktakes.
Implementing and managing all standard operating procedures.
Continually Improving and maintaining high-quality Customer Service.
