This high-volume, central Cambridge brasserie is seeking a Senior Sous Chef who offers the full package. You’ll need to be hot on your paperwork & compliance, passionate about creating dishes that showcase local produce and eager to assist in the development of junior members of the team. As second in command you’ll need to take the leadership role in the head chef’s absence. In return you’ll get a top-notch salary, a 42.5-hour work week and the chance to join forces with a rosette level head chef looking to champion what East Anglia has to offer. The Role:
