The role is for the kind of chef that wants to showcase their food in style and can lead a brigade flawlessly. You will be heavily involved with menu development and recipe spec’s as well as training/mentoring junior chefs.
The successful candidate will have a track record of culinary excellence, want to continue growing within their career and have the passion to push themselves creatively.
